International journalists are asking the SAJBD for information to tell international Jewry about the SA Jewish community’s experiences of the World Cup.

Shtetler Wendy Kahn, National Executive Director of the SA Jewish Board of Deputies, has asked us to address the following letter to the all MyShtetl users:

Dear Community member,

As we approach the final stages of this exhilarating World Cup, we are being inundated with requests from International Journalists asking for feedback from Jewish South Africa about our experiences.

International Jewry wants to know how members of our community have experienced this amazing month. They want to know if you have interacted with international Jewry, they want to know if you have any funny or poignant stories, have you met anyone famous, how have you personally experienced the games?

Please send us an email as soon as possible so that we can provide input for the international media.

Please also send any relevant photos with a Jewish connection.
