Israeli Film Fest 2010

The annual Israeli Film Festival opened at Cinema Nouveau in Rosebank last Friday. The Festival is open to the public around the country until 22 July.

There is no charge for seats and they can’t be reserved so it is advisable, especially on weekends, to arrive early in order to get good seats. Eight films will be shown during the Festival – all them with English sub-titles.

The programme around South Africa is as follows:

18-24 June at The Rosebank Mall in Joburg;

25 June to 1 July at Brooklyn in Pretoria;

2-8 July at Cavendish in Cape Town; and

16-22 July at Gateway in Umhlanga, KZN.
