World renowned Israeli security expert Mikey Hartman, who consults to military and security establishments worldwide, spoke to the SA Jewish security establishment at a very well received briefing at Beyachad last month.

The talk was facilitated by Omer Ruben, manager of SCAI International and Magen Security.

Lieutenant Colonel (Res.) Mikey Hartman is the CEO of MSE and SDS Corporation based in Petach Tikva, Israel.

He has 22 years of experience in the IDF and wrote all of the professional and operational shooting scenarios and manuals used by the IDF today.

Hartman, who consults to military and security establishments worldwide, has developed a system for weapons training called ‘Hartman’s Nine Stages’ which speaks to the combatant at ‘eye level.’

MSE (it stands for Marksmanship Sniper Excellence) claims on its website that it is a company “that will save lives of combat soldiers and commanders in armed forces all around the world.”

“This [is] done by implementing an innovative training plan with regards to the use of their personal weapons system. MSE enables armed forces to train themselves [by training their] own shooting instructors and commanders,” they say.
